Super satisfied how my prototype worked out, and I think this new revised design will be even better. For now I'm working on other projects, but I'll come back and build Rev 2 myself sometime. Turns heads at the field, especially in this fictional livery.

Coincidentally, I have been planning an extremely similar build to his for the past month or so.
My goal is to build a 1/20 scale (9.45 foot) XB-70 with 4 EDFs and retracts with a total AUW under 4.5kg (10 lbs)...
Yes, I intend to build a six-foot one of these. In my 12'x14.5' room. Which is mostly occupied by a desk, bunk bed, and dresser at this point. I have acquired 10 sheets of DTFB and am planning to use 7 to 9 of them. Estimated AUW is 1000-1200g, flying off of power pack C on a 3s 2250. Hopefully...
