3D Printed Trainer Limiter Discs

Today's episode got me thinking about how easy it would be to create a 3D printed trainer limiter disc.

Does anyone have a pair to take some measurements? Can anyone provide the measurements for a "standard" Spektrum gimbal "hole." I may try and mock some up soon, but I only have a FrSky QX7. Would be happy to develop other sizes too.

I would not think they would be hard to custom make a set at all. Start with cutting foam discs and trim them till you get what you think would be 75 % throttle then for pitch find roughly 10% down max and 70 % up with 70% roll. Once you have that shaved and corrected import a few pics into 3 view and rock out the dimensions. Convert to STL files and done! (they did in the video say they would put free plans out but seems they have not done the link) STEFAN!!!

There are a couple of files up on Thingiverse already. I haven't tried them out yet; my own printer is still learning to crawl with calibration cubes.
