Let me start off by saying that I am not a member of the group that arranged the following...just want to pass this on to anyone that wants to get up close and personal with a real B17. The craft in question is named the Sentimental Journey, was built in 1944 and is one of only 10 remaining operational B17's left in the world. The Sentimental Journey will be landing at Chris Hadfield Airport in Sarnia, Ontario (just across the border from Port Huron, Michigan) on June 19, 2017. Apparently she will also be taking passengers according to the newspaper article. So, if there are any interested parties interested, it might be worth a look.
