Dual Rates and Expos?

I own a DX5e, and I know what dual rates and expos are. I just don't know if the DX5e is capable of it. Do I have to mess with the control surfaces on the plane or do I do it all through my transmitter? If I could get some help that'd be great

Isn't there a dual rates switch on the transmitter? It is not capable of programming expo.

Yeah but is there any way to vary high and low rates?

There are built in dual rates, but I don't know if there are built in expos. There are no way of altering either.
