These props won't work well together. Some are 5030 and some are 5040. You'll want to have 4 props of the same size on your quad. (Unless by listing these two you meant to have two different setups.)

Also, I'd suggest buying a lot of extra props. Maybe around 20 or so.

Alright thanks. Yes i will buy heaps of props some people say when they are racing with friends they sometimes break 30 props a day. I will get tonnes of props. The only thing i'm worried about is protection for my Gopro. Mabey the frame is not right? But i don't want to be spending to much money on a frame cause i want to buy DJI Naza-m lite for my big quadcopter.
What do you recommend DJI Naza-m lite or Dji Naza V2? I'm on a budget tho and want to get a small mini race quad as well. Thanks Stole

I think if you put a GoPro on this setup it will fly like a brick.

You have two issues in this setup that together will slow you down noticeably.

This frame limits you to 5" rotors.

On a copter, your rotors aren't just thrust. They are also your flight control surfaces. 6" rotors increase your flight control surfaces and in doing so, allow for quicker stops and tighter cornering. They make your copter more forgiving when you make an error. Better performance and better power make for better starts and more thrust.

Gopro takes pretty pictures but weighs far more than a board cam and will add inertia to your copter in high speed maneuvers.

With 6" rotors and 2204s you can lift a GoPro all day. With 5" and a GoPro, I think you will be dissapointed.

Alright that kit sounds good! The kit i had before is almost the same price and not as good. So you recon this will carry a gopro no problem? I may get a mobuis in the future but i'm also saving up for DJI Naza-m lite so i'm trying to use what i got. So by the look of this quad it does not require anything else but controller which i got and FPV gear. This is a trustworthy site as well? Thanks!

Alright sweet Thanks guys! I'm getting this baby haha. Got to save up a little bit first buying DJI Naza-m Lite than this baby. I will most likely get it in 3-4 weeks will make a Madian flight of it for sure. Thanks! Battery recommendations for this quad?

It seems like people are running anything from 1300-2200 3s. I like my 1500 zippy compacts but don't have much to compare to.

I'd stick to a 1300-1500mah battery for a quad this size. The 2200 would add too much weight, especially if you plan to carry around a GoPro. I believe the EMAX 250 frame can run 6" props, so I'd start off with something like HQ 6030's and see how it flies since it only has 12a ESCs. This frame with 6030 props should give you enough lift to carry a GoPro, but in the end you would be better off with a Mobius.

This seems to be a really popular battery for minis http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__18207__Turnigy_nano_tech_1300mAh_3S_45_90C_Lipo_Pack.html
