good first brushless gimble?

so my brother runs a podcast and plans on doing a cheap car challenge soon. he wants me to do a little filming for him. what would you guys recommend as a good first brushless gimble. im working on kinda a tight budget ( i know, not a good combination) but, just something that could take a few good overhead shots. my set-up is the electrohub quadcopter deadcat. running 3s and i have a mobius AC but i might be upgrading to a gopro. also could i get away with a 2 axis or do i need a 3. thank you. your advice is appreciated
