Graupner MZ-12 compatible with simulator?

I have a Graupner MZ-12 transmitter and was wondering if it will work with Phoenix or RealFlight simulators. Also, which one is better?

I also use a Graupner MZ-12 and use Realflight version 7.5... I had to make a couple of calls to set it up, called support for Graupner & have been using it for about 18 months.
