Indoor free-flyers, and my first foamie!

I've been making indoor free-flyers for quite a while now, and I figured it'd be nice to show off some of my designs!

Also, I recently found some sheets of Readi-Board from the local Dollar Tree. I ended up making a large outdoor free-flyer, which I call the "Beast". It was really fun making it, and now I want to use a few servos and make some control surfaces. Unfortunately, I haven't got any servos, or even a transmitter! Sticking to free-flight, then.




I guess this makes my officially "in the hobby" now? Haha...

To keep the dihedral, I actually just snapped the outboard portion of the wing off, and taped it back together. Yes, tape. The only glue I've got is Elmer's glue!

Nothing wrong with tape. I flew a small indoor model into a friend's 3D plane and it put a nice slice in my wing. A bit of tape, and it flies just fine. Looks like you are having fun, and that's what matters.
