!Please help! New lipo not discharging evenly (not charging either)

I have some problems with my lipo...
It wont charge and it wont discharge evenly. Does anyone have resolution??? (3 cell 2200mah 20-30c discharge)
Btw im going to post the video of my first successful maiden tomorrow.

Do you know what the cell voltages are?

Are you balance charging it or just charging it? If the cells are balanced before the flight and one is consistently (like 0.05V difference) out of balance after than you likely have a bad cell.

I found out what was going on... I was measuring voltage with a multimeter
