I would like to see a mighty mini otter. I would definitelyy like a mini simple cub, cessna, or a stol plane.

FT Twin Otter. Not mini either! something like 1.5m wingspan. And not square-sided; rounded. Something challenging to build.

    1500 sized Corsair

Something between the park flyer size and the monster 200% size. Actually, any warbird (AT-6 maybe) in that size, like 1.5 meter size.

Exactly like that! The group I'm part of flies indoor at a super tiny gymnasium. It's really only half court size. They only fly one or two cell powered planes and heli's. I would love to build something small and slow enough for flying there.

B-52 bomber. Like 40" wingspan, quad motor with rear hatch like the real one. Now that would be sick!!

With the success of the Tiny Whoov, I wouldn't mind seeing more projects that are tailored to salvaged materials and/or aren't exclusively flight-oriented. That latter category can get overdone quickly, so I wouldn't want it to come right away, but it's certainly something to keep in mind, especially to release for next winter.
