Solved Choosing a charger (Noob)

Hello all! This is my first post on the Flite Test forum! (Hi mom!)
Just purchased a tattu 1800mah 3s batt (tallflyer's article is fantastic) and realized after my excited stupor subsided, that I had no way of charging this thing! After searching around online I found several different chargers at different price points and confusingly, every one that I have found so far requires an external power supply that's sold separately. Is this always the case? Are there no affordable chargers that are all self-contained? If so, how can one charger be three times the price of another if it does mostly the same thing? Are some chargers safer than others? If some are safer than others, at what point is it "good" enough?
Any advice on general battery charging and what to look for in a charger would be very much appreciated. Or if you have specific chargers that you recommend for under 50 bucks that would also be very much appreciated.
Thanks!
~A confused yet excited Fox

I’ve had great results with the IMax B6, like this one.

They come in at least 2 flavors, one uses a separate 12v input and one runs on 120v or 12v. The 120v version is exactly the same, except it has 12v power supply built in.

When it comes to safety, never trust a lipo battery, there is no such thing as safe. You should always change and store them in a fire resistance container. I use something like this

I've just posted about an external power supply I found while watching this video...

I bought this power supply.

and this adaptor cord.

I've used it a few times to charge 4s batteries, and it appears to be doing great with my ISDT Q6 charger.

The Flite Test store carries the Toolkit M8 charger (this one comes with the pigtail for multiple charger plugs) which can be found here.

Thank you all for your quick responses! Both of these look like good options! Especially that adapter cord as I have several 60 to 65 watt USBC chargers lying around.
If I'm understanding this correctly, I can purchase the M8 charger and use this method for any size as long as I don't expect it to charge very fast?

The M8 has limitations.

This setup will be fine for most batteries you're likely to encounter at a beginner level.
