This just adds a bunch of fillets and chamfers to v2.4. The original plane has pretty sharp corners, so I didn't see this as necessary, but some parts look better.
Can't guarantee it'll print better with single walls, either. Sometimes fillets can make it leave gaps.
2 successful prints so far. main halves at 2-3% infill (2d-lattice) , other parts 5-10% gyroid/lattice/crosshatch. I'll upload a version of the nose with slots for pennies, or you can just print nose dense enough to be about 1/5 the weight of all the other parts. (60g
