Part Powerfun 64mm EDF Reference Model v.1

This is a 3D reference model of the Powerfun 64mm Electric Ducted Fan (EDF), created as a visual and sizing aid for use in CAD and RC aircraft design work. It is intended to help with layout planning, fitment checks, and general scaling when designing around a 64mm EDF unit.

The model includes the main external features such as the shroud, mounting tabs, motor bell, and hub proportions. It is not a perfectly precise engineering replica, but it is close enough to be very useful for checking fit, spacing, and overall geometry during the design process.

Both STL and STEP files are included, making it easy to use whether you are 3D printing or working directly in CAD software like Onshape, Fusion 360, or others.

This model is not intended to be a fully functional or flight-ready EDF. Blade geometry, tolerances, and mechanical strength have not been optimized for real-world use. While it may be possible to print, it is primarily meant for reference and visualization.
