FF-20 V2.1
When @iceking1152 posted his build of the FF-20 I thought it might be a good choice for a foam board EDF build. The original FF-20 plans are a .pdf image of sketches, and while adequate they are a bit fidgety, so I attempted to make them more accurate and more easily repeatable.
V2.1 is basically the original design with tabs/slots added for alignment and fitment, size adjustments,
familiar simplified FT-ish style color-coding to help during the build, and is an editable vector .pdf that can be printed for hand cutting or used for CNC cutting.
Also, I have designed parts to build the FF-20 with the horizontal stabilizer mounted on the bottom of the tail. This will move the H-stab out of the path of the thrust and allow room for a thrust tube if desired. NOTE, I did not include a thrust tube in the plans due to the different EDF styles. The thrust tube and its mounts will be custom to your build.
Included are the 3D print files from The Nerdoligist for the nose, canopy, turtle deck and vent.
I did add a foam board canopy design but it is not quite right for the plane unless you wittle away a lot of it.
I recommend covering the outside of the Rear Fuse and the Motor Mount with packing tape before cutting, folding, gluing. It will greatly increase the strength of the parts.
The black dotted line on the Motor Mount is to be cut AFTER it is taped, folded and glued.
Be sure to check out @iceking1152's FF-20 build thread for a ton of great info!

Thanks to @iceking1152 for helping me clean up the mess I was making. Greatly apreciated, Brother!
The original FF-20 plans are by The Nerdoligist, Robert Huntley.
