When RC Foam closed their business just last year they were just blowing everything away. They were the exclusive Depron dealer in the US and when Depron because they were so busy they dropped the model plane foam cutting , anyhow I bought a bunch of foam for dirt cheap. This huge roll of 1mm stuff only cost me $5.00 US so I said what the heck, I also picked up some Selitak 1mm roll and 3mm sheets again for $5.00 :) . The smooth Baron was my first time using it, so not a ton of info to pass on other then it seems to work. Here is a link to what I bought.

Well almost all the ribs are printed along with the center section. 2/3 of the rough dry fit to show you. Balsa is roughly laid inplace to give you an idea also what is going on in my pea brain. . My last rib will be my angled one that the winglet will mount too, it is still printing. Now to print off a lower wingplate with a temple to space all the ribs in the right place.

Well no work today because of the weather so I plugged away at the wing a bit. All glued together other then the winglets. I did cut out balsa winglets, we will see how they sand out to match the the contour of the wing, worse comes to worse they will be foam

. Glued in filler foam in certain areas so when I sand the le & te plus to match the contour of the airfoil it should all be smooth for when the skin goes on. The wing is tapered from the root chord to the tip .

Ok so filled inbetween some ribs with foam where I think the weakest point is for an added little bit of strength for the surfaces to adhere to. Almost ready to skin the top. Also cut out balsa ailerons and covered them in 1mm foam. :)
