I’m hosting a High Speed Challenge, and as you can guess by the title — it’s all about SPEEEED!
You can use whatever setup you want — electric, gas, even a rocket if you can figure out how to do it!🤣
BTW — if you crash, no worries. Just rebuild and keep going. You can make as many planes or runs as you need to. What matters is getting your plane to go at INSANE speeds!
You can start building right now. Just make sure to post a build thread with your username like this:

$75 Gift Card (Rc store of choice) goes to the winner with the fastest plane.
At the end, we’ll all vote and pick the winner. I’ll announce the results as soon as everyone’s had their say.

Here’s what you need to enter:
- A fast airplane. Doesn’t matter if it’s a jet, warbird, pylon racer — as long as it’s fast, it counts.
- Some way to track your speed. You can use an RID module, a bike GPS tracker, a radar gun — anything that gives an accurate reading. (Tip: test it by driving with the tracker out the window and comparing it to your car’s speed.)
- A video. You’ve gotta get some footage of your plane flying at high speed.
- Nerves of steel. Seriously — this isn’t for the faint of heart. 😂
