Actually, unless you see an entire video of the flight, you don't know how it was obtained since most GPS readings only record top speeds, so was it in a dive? straight and level? etc, What's the accuracy of the GPS?
At least fly it across the field in a race track pattern at a 50-100(no wind) ft height so we can see it to believe it or dive down in front of the camera.. The G's pulled in a turn or pullup will tell the story of the structure of foam. Fluttering can become a problem as mentioned by Mr. P. So, seeing is believing.
