Okay so i checked with Chatgpt and it sounds like Windows will run Kdenlive....Clipchimp will zoom but its more static it said....That said its probably simpler that Kdenlive.

If you end up using Kdenlive i know it fairly well....though i am still learning.
I've been using it for years. Just basic editing and upscaling.
