I think it's gonna be a tough one this year. If my 80mm Radjet doesn't get up there on 6s, I might risk burning it up on a 8s setup.

That would be FAST!🤯 I will first try running 6S on my 3-4s 3536 1800kv motor like last year, but if I can get a FC before then I might be able to actually get a nice straight long run unlike last years constant back and forth leveling!😂😂

I will be running that one as well. Mines only 1750kv though. Been crazy this month for me so haven't done much building, and all the wind doesn't help either. But as soon as I get a free day with low wind, gonna put the Monster Legacy through her paces, and then start installing the launch system for the Radjet on her.

I'm a hoarder when it comes to RC parts, so I have a huge box of 8 years worth of spare parts to burn up.

Already have the first test design done and printed. Someone turned me on to Onshape, and though it makes my brain hurt sometimes, i'm having a lot of fun with it.

gonna have to due some more work on the top mothership part, but need to get the Radjet (she's cut out now) built and test fitted inside the Mothership first.

I’m not sure… I spent a good bit lately so I don’t really have money left for a gps. But if you will allow it I would join without a gps, just participate for fun. But I can get a decent idea of the speed if I film a low high speed pass. I can calculate the length of the the runway at the field and count how much time it took for the plane to go from one end to the other using the vid. Not very accurate but it could give me an approximate speed.

Sure, why not! Like you said it will have to just be for fun (Otherwise it wouldn't be fair for everyone else) But you could get some good footage!😁👍
