I know this is an old thread but I am desperate and I cant seem to find a solution.
Okay, this is weird.
The normal setup for the motors is:
4 2
3 1
But the way the motor test works out is
X 4
X 3
The ones marked "X" do not work - but are getting 12V and ground to them.
I reflashed to the newest Naze firmware, X frame with no change
Got any ideas? I even tried replacing the board

Nope never figured it out. complete garbage
