Yuck, I didn't realize cura was such a pain in the butt. I haven't done much with it in the past, as I didn't like the interface. I may have to try it out and get some instructions put out for the latest version. Maybe I'll also try and set up some G-Code files for 200x200 print beds.
Printability for the servo slot mostly, and if it works, I don't really see it as a problem. You're not losing enough in efficiency to matter for the most part. I really doubt I would be able to tell the difference in the air with this plane if the pushrods were perpendicular or not. It's also hard/nearly impossible to get the servo horn to print out perpendicular to this particular hinge line. Overhangs beyond 45 degrees are bad for printing.
Any particular reason why pushrods are not perpendicular to hinge line?
