3D printed Autogyro

I was searching around on Thingiverse for printable RC planes when I came across a post for an RC autogyro. This was a niche of the hobby that I had never really thought much about, but I decided to build this for fun. At the time I am writing this post, all the printed parts are assembled and the rotor is connected to the servos. However, I have come across a little hiccup in finding ESCs for the two motors (I am most likely going to use the FT Radial 2205 2300kV w/ 2mm bullet connectors). I have one 20 amp ESC with 2mm bullet connectors and an XT60, but I am having trouble finding a matching ESC with either 2mm bullet connectors or an XT60 connector. I am relatively new to building aircraft from plans, so I have a couple of questions:
  • Is it okay to use ESCs with different amp rating for a twin engine build?
  • Should I use a receiver with stabilization, or not?
  • Would it be better to use an adapter to be able to plug the 2 ESCs into 1 battery, or solder the two ESCs into one connector?
Here is the Thingiverse post and the designer's article (in french):
