Been thinking it would be a good have to have a thread for people to ask or share how they do stuff in 3D programs.

I found this video helpful for "Lofting" in Onshape.

For future reference, if in Onshape you accidentally delete your sketch and then restore it and you go to another part studio, and you have a ghost of the image that you had in the one where you accidentally deleted it, all you have to do is refresh the tab...If that doesn't work refresh the cache by holding down Ctrl and pushing F5 three times.

Well if you make the pattern you can always copy and paste as much as you like. But for now I have been leaving it blank in between, but that will be changing……..

Also is there a way you can color a part of a line instead of the whole line?

Are you wanting to draw your own or trace existing?
Anyway, not much different, you can find a plethora of videos on YouTube.
Not the best tool in my opinion though. I always start in Fusion and then just use Inkscape to color code.

Yeah that is what I am doing..Except I am using Onshape....Also have to use Inkscape to draw the fill for removing foam bevels ect.

@Houndpup Rc you can draw over the line with the pen tool and use stroke type to change color as you want. At least that is how I do it.

Yes, onShape is a viable option.
