On a whim I decided to take on this massive print project.
While the rational person would already have concluded cost + hours = cheaper to buy a foamy I do love a good challenge.

Notes: Some minor pin holes. I will reduce the retract to 1.60mm (from 2.50mm) and temp to 225 vs 220 on the head temperature.

Oooh these are fun to play with. That is a really nice looking printer too. Still need to finish my EASYMAX001. 220 seems really high for PLA. I'd think 200-205 may be a better range. Of course, it depends on a number of factors though. Manufacturer range shows 190-220 for that filament. Will be keeping an eye on this thread!
