Hope this helps. For the elevator, 2 .031 wires through the tubes (left side) and an .055 wire off the servo arm joined together with a linkage stopper . Right side is the rudder. I have linkage stoppers on the control horns for final adjustments.
.031 wires are fed through with extra length left over at the back, servos centered and wires hooked up to the servos , upper wing can go on at the very end .
that's kinda what I came up with. I have some .030 tig wire that I use for pushrods and I used a wheel collar to hold the 2 rods together. I did have to do some mods on the front. not having a 3D printer i just doubled up on the first and second supports and made a mini power pod and it worked out well.

here is the power pod and how I put it in. I'm starting on the wings now. do you have pictures of where the 2 spars go and how did you get all 4 ailerons linked together
ok, I found the pictures of the wing spars. I have the bottom wing done but the top is going to be a bit more of a challenge. it is larger than a sheet of foam board so I'm making it in 3 pieces
