I measured the diameter inside the plywood duct support on the FT A10 plans. (I ignored the little screw mounting tabs because they'd probably need to be cut off for whatever you end up doing). The opening in the plywood piece comes out to about 127mm diameter. You'd need to know the outside dimensions of your 50mm EDFs to see how much to scale things down for them to fit. Quick estimate says it will probably end up around 40-45% size.
