On Baby Blender build: When cutting angles on control surface and the leading edges of the wings you sometimes accidently cut through the paper covering the foam. After cutting the angles, put a strip of 1" blenderm [such as used on hinge lines] or packaging tape on the outside of the hinge or bend line, prior to forming the wing leading edge. This strengthens the paper covering on the hinge or leading edge.
