Admin approved period for new posters?

I hate to be the person to suggest this, but there's a LOT of spam going on here selling random stuff from china. Heck, there was someone trying to sell fake passports earlier today! Can we implement a maybe 2 or 3 post admin approval, so the first or second post has to be approved by an admin to keep these guys from just jumping in here wholesale?

At this point after sering like 15 of these in a row Ill second the need for some sort of buffer.

They will catch on quick with an approval system so maybe not being able to post anywhere but the hi Im new section with a max word count for rhe first week.

These guys are hit n run or flat out just a bot and neither would waste time on something like that.
