Ailerons but no elevator

I have a millenium flerken, aura5, FT GPS receiver, Spektrum DX8e. just set it all up following vids. receiver / transmitter bind just fine. Using quick set up mode, when I press bind/trim, get green flash, press trim to get red, I either will get Aileron action when trying to use elevator, or if I change mode, I get no action (no movement) when using elevator control. All else functions great. Have ailerons in correct direction, speed control, throttle cut, gear (C channel) activates different modes, etc. Have tried several times to change aileron / elevons mode but I either get ailerons or nothing. Only setup in radio (per vids) were 125 on the servo throws, gear C, and throttle cut H. Trims are all at 0, no changes to aircraft type, etc.

Ideas on how to fix this?

Did you pick the right wing set up in your radio? What are you using for a receiver?

Here is a video that might help.

Your TX needs to be set up as a 'normal' 4 channel plane with L&R ailerons, rudder, elevator. The Aura5 FC needs to be configured as a plane with elevons. I can't remember how to do this with quick setup on the Aura, but it is very straight fwd if you run the config utility on a Windows PC.

Define normal please - Ailerons as one servo / channel or is two okay? There's two channels for them on the Aura, so that's the options I selected when setting up a new airplane on my TX (Radiomaster Boxer).
