You get your big rc plane, build a small let's say depron foamie with specific airfoil that would fit in your bomb drop mechanism and you launch it at high altitude at high speed. That's the way to test 'em airfoils!

Even better is testing that out in a tube with constantly blowing wind like this one:

There get some kind of equipment to measure the force of the wing push or pulling it up or down.
