well I cannot buy anything without my dads permission and that is what he says is a good site. If ican find exactly what I need, counting an irx4 on banggood, I will do anything possible to convince him. I mean the site is not too bad.

I wouldn't trust Banggood, I've heard too many bad things about them.

Im already 20 years behind technology, im sure my kids will be frustrated with me too!

I use Banggood a lot, wouldnt call it good, but if Amazon is the benchmark... 🤷‍♂️

Always important to respect your elders, especially parents, but i feel like you have a fair angle on that argument if you can present it in a logical fashion.

Im strict with my kids but i also try to teach them more "how to think," than "what to think." I usually let them voice their argument, then tell them why they're wrong! 🤣

I’ve found that for soldering I can use pliers with a rubber band wrapped around the handle to serve as a third hand.

I do that too.

Same. I hate supporting such corrupt “big tech” but me choosing not to use these companies won’t make the slightest difference to them while it would cost me more. It’s just kinda lose-lose.

I trust(kind of) Amazon(reluctantly), rdq, horizon, get fpv, emax, TBS, hobby king(us), twisted hobby's, tower hobbies. Basically any United states distributer.

I havent had bad luck with any really. Ive had a few BG items that werent great but i figure that is a risk you take buying something for 10 cents on the dollar. Worth the risk to me most of the time.

I'm more worried about the security of the sight, although, the prices on it are very tempting.

Almost done! I'm still waiting for the shocks to start the landing gear, and for some 3d printed control horns though. I'm also thinking about redoing the canopy, it's a bit too crooked for even my standards, but I'm not sure if I want to do that yet.

rite now I'm building micros I find it more enjoyable then bigger models I'm working on making a mini f22 and others does any body have any micro jet suggestions ???

I built the mini F22 and loved it Then I built the Full size F22 put the same F pack motor and ESC, I fly it on a little 800mah 2s and it floats around like a trainer (relaxing) or on a 3s and it zips around more "jet" like

I forgot to Mention them! They are the best, I've bought a ton of their servos, they're great for little foamies. Also everyone in my club has one of their flat out EPP planes.
