That thing looks like its doing a hundred just sitting there!
Orginal it wasnt soooo fast though, but anyway it did make records, as the one from Paris - Addis Abeba. Yeah, i like the looks, big motor in front, quite sleek fuselage, cockpit low and far back against the tailfin nearly, and more or less shorter speedy wings.

after rear of the plane was more or less scrap, it was reworked with new rear parts as an 1940 Latvian Lightweight Fighter, the VEF I-16. (in German markings) View attachment 246451
On this picture its also quite easy see differences between FT foamboard and a other type that im using. (FT at front, & wing) This because to get original FT foamboard gets quite expencive shipped to Norway. I also see the paper on it easy loosened, and make the "rugged" texture as on wing here over time. Yeah, the FT foamboard is a little bit lighter, but for me quality isnt top. You can spraypaint it, and in two weeks+ time eg. its outer paper suddenly begins to make a irregular texture (paper loosened from foam) Of course its by the spraypaint solutions that does it, but by others foamboard it mainly can ruin foam, or paper, not the glue at paper to foam. And that it can happend long time since applyed, not when applyed on the FT brown foamboard.
I think i have 3 or 4 planes that now is ruined because outside paper on FT foamboard have loosened from the foam (glue loosened) that ive made for longer time ago. Models made with my normal used foamboard , even from start, do not have any problems with the outside paper loosened. It still have its regular conform outside.

Another racer/acrobat plane?, something my head suddenly came up with. Made for a 64mm EDF, front intake, outlet in line with the trailingedge of wing. 750mm long, 800mm wingspan. The EDF is installed in front of the wing, to get balance with battery in mid/rear of wing. (in front its not enough space........)

This took way too long. 🤣 cowling and motor mount for the giant sea duck. not half bad for the first thing ive drawn on cad since high school. Back when Jesus was a corporal(maybe a sarge, im not that old), but we definitely played with rocks and sticks, and home internet wasn’t a thing. If you wanted something in CAD you had to earn it, like 8 times. This is AMAZING! Shapr3d in case anyone is wondering.
