Speaking of combat, this humongous thing is my entry. Still trying to figure out a motor combination that works, currently running 2 c packs, which is a 1.01:1 thrust to weight ratio. Other than that and the fact that I have to paint the bottom it's all ready! Also the top turned out too patriotic, stealing from the whole idea of the plane being a yield sign so the bottom will have that section in black
The first picture has a yard sale in it for reference, the wingspan is 80" and length is 96"

It's what's been taking my mind away from the I-153! Do you like the yield sign idea? I tried to make one last year, just a triangular plane, but it failed so this year I am coming back with a better plan and a hopefully flying plane

Avion Rapide plans was found on a copied bookpage that was dated March 1936, it was the time when the first radio systems came up in the second half of the 1930s First successful flights were undertaken in Great Britain and Germany.
There are rumors or speculation that the Avion Rapide was made by Maurice Lartigue to carry postage on a French island.
The wish came up to rebuild this plane by the plans, by finder Matthias Moeller, with some changes who were made to recreate an Avion that will fly perfectly. The wingprofile changed to a laminar profile, a minor changed form of the rudder, and wingforms slightly optimized, in intension to keep the complete original character.

Ive built it by foamboards, and a minor use of plywood, strengthen by carbontubes in body and wings. Wingspan: 1800mm,
Length: 1550mm .
