Definitely a fun plane to show up at the field with. Flies great. And with the excellent instructions, picked up some good building techniques.
yeah, I really like the feathered trailing edges.

Thanks! I think if you used a 1806 and 5g servos and a lighter ESC you could probably even make it sub250! (If you did in LW pla instead of pla it would make it even lighter..)

Very close! But actually I based it roughly on the Sonicmodel AR wing👍 (because it had 3 dimensional images!😂😂)

I finished the fuselage of the P 40 Hawk yesterday. It took 2 days - 6 hours. He moved on to the manufacture of the wing and.... when trimming the foam plate, I cut off the tip of my thumb. I'll post photos of the fuselage later. I wanted to make a mock-up of a plaster lantern, but I found a Messerschmit lantern. This model is not a copy, and you will see the flashlight in the photo. A friend gave me a realme note 50, which I repaired: I inserted a new charging chip. But I can't connect it to my laptop yet. Installed a bunch of drivers... nothing.I took photos on my phone, there are no batteries in the camera yet.

Guys, a friend just gave an old XFly twin 40mm Eagle (weird flying wing). I really don't feel like fixing it up, so I'd rather build something with the electronics. Any ideas or things yall have tried?

An A-10? Oh, an SR-71!!! (Jk, there aren’t many good designs for that yet, I know @Houndpup Rc did make one, but it didn’t fly too well apparently, and @Horseman3381 made one too for 50mm edf’s, and it didn’t fly well either)

Give me time!😆😆😆 I either want to try rebuilding it, or if you do another MS challenge I might try making on that is similar to build...if that's possible...(Though I will be MUCH better at Onshape this time!)

Actually, an SR-71 wouldn't be that bad of an idea, remember my crap design? I have one of the prototypes sitting around my house, and the nacelles seem perfect for 40mm EDFs, so this might end up being my first design to get airborne

I don't have time to do anything: I'm repairing 3 neighbor's TVs and 2 daughter's friends' phones. As for the wing assembly: I do this using a flat-curved profile (the author's profile is symmetrical). They asked me to show them how I assemble the wing. I glue the edges and trim them. At the end, I install the servomachines and glue the top of the wing.
