AnyCopter Tri 370 and Arducopter APM....question

Will the APM 2.5 Arducopter flight system compatible with the Tri 370 Rotor Bones? The only reason I ask is that I'm not exactly sure how the APM handles control of the yaw servo on a tri-copter.

Actually in FliteTest most recent video at the abandoned factory I believe Josh Bixler was Flying an APM 2.5 on his Tri-copter.
