Well, I certainly had that with this last flight!

You can run your shaking videos thru Gyroflow which will crop in on the video some but will smooth it out. (Like really far zooms for instance)

I have been watching a guys who shows how to use videoing equipment and how to get shots...He says that if you get shots that are a little out of the ordinary, that that can keep peoples attention. (For instance instead of just mounting a camera on the front of a plane try mounting it in a slightly different location that people don't see everyday.)
