Maybe I've got a bad AR Drone. Mine has control issues. It "drops" very often - the motors seem to go on and off. I also have issues where it seems to lose contact with my iPhone and doesn't respond to commands. Maybe it's because I'm always flying either over snow, carpet, with other flyers who are on 2.4ghz or in other 'noisy' environments.
It was a Christmas gift to me so I don't tell my wife of these issues but dang, what a disappointment! I wouldn't buy another one. It's on the border of Air Hogs quality.
Anyone else have an AR Drone with issues?
