Will, The second one is the same board in a case with the new power block. It is their new pricing scheme due to Chinese releases at a lower cost (AKA RCTimer who has an uncased version for $150 with GPS and Telemetry Radios but no power block, DIY Drones case fits the Chinese Board). The second one is the one to get. Same thing, more stuff, less money.
