are emax motors reversible ?

I'm looking to buy an EMAX Cooling Series MT2212 II 900KV CW motor. but it worries me because it says CW. aren't all brushless motors reversible ? or is there something I don't know?

CW indicates the thread direction. You can run the motor either way, but one way will tighten the nut, the other will loosen it, potentially causing you to lose your prop.

Yeah brushless motors can go either direction just by changing 2 wires. The CW indication probably refers to the direction of the propeller screw.

Just use a good nylock nut on the prop, most of the Emax ones are lock nuts so won’t come undone. The spinner type prop nuts want a bit of blue loctite if you run the other way.
