...The town I'm in is so aviation challenged I can't get 3 people together to start a club.
I'm in a similar situation. When I learned to fly there were 6-5 of us, then people got old & quit, others moved away. All of a sudden I was flying by my self for 7-8 years. Then I stumbled on another, then another, now if we all showed up there would be 10 or more. This year has been tough on the "club", there have been 2 of us regulars and every once in a while someone else shows up. This year, life has just gotten in the way, for some jobs, some moving, some youth coaching, for some heath. I would hardly call us a club. We are more like a group who enjoys each others company. No dues, no officers, no rules, we just love to fly.
Flying with others is more fun than flying alone.
