Aura 5 lite flight mode??

I just purchased the FT 5 lite and cannot figure out what the secondary and 3rd control modes within the flight mode settings tab are used for. Can they be controlled with a switch? I have looked thru the on line manuals and multiple you tube videos and guess I'm missing something. Can some one please point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Steve

Radio Channel 5 is the default flight mode switch. Flight modes of leveling, gyro only , and full manual are the norm.

I agree . I have that set up with no issues. Under the Flight mode tab there are second and third control mode. I not sure how those parameters are used. I attached a picture that hopefully helps.

This info is quite old. The default Aura Mode 3 position switch is:
  1. 3 Axis: Plane will not roll or loop completely. Will not self level if the sticks are released
  2. 6 Axis: Plane will not roll or loop completely. Plane will self level if sticks are released
  3. Full expert mode, no corrections or self leveling. Rolls and Loops are OK!
I DON'T like the order of these modes and usually change the order so the order is: Switch down: 6 Axis. Switch Middle:3 Axis. Up Full Expert Mode. I want to be able to smash that switch down if I get into trouble! Don't want to have to think about it. (Which way to move switch, what mode am I in now. OOPS, Doesn't matter plane just tried to dig a hole! :(

In 3 axis the plane WILL roll and loop completely. Only 6 axis prevents loops and rolls.

I agree with randyrls, I want to use switch SC as follows:

SC (away) : off. full manual control
SC (mid) : "stabilized" mode, so 3-axis (will loop/roll)
SC (towards) : "horizon" mode, so stabilized, 6-axis- pull the switch to help prevent a crash.

I think the default order is reversed?

How do I switch the order in the Aura Config Tool?

Thanks, still learning this one.
