Yea im going to be in the same boat are there specific videos for the t16 for absolute noobs? Most ive the ones ive come across were geared more towards people coming from other opentx to frsky platforms. this will be my first opentx product and from what i understand once you get over the steeper learning curve youd never want to go back to a proprietary radio like spektrum.

YT has a few noobie vids I think I have seen people post on here. You could search it up easily enough.

Aren't those two a contradiction as companies go, like oil and water over the open protocol situation? It's funny their gear works so well together

I've been considering a jumper myself. My dx8 is my primary controller but I use a DXe to buddy box with my kids. I've never liked the DXe, I just hate having to fiddle with a phone to change anything on it.

Is there any model with sliders on the side? I'd love to be able to easily pan and tilt while flying...

It has 2 sliders on the side and switches galore

I got mine from makerfire
