Battery for simple scout?

Hello all I just purchased a simple scout with the radial B power pack. Can anyone recommend a battery from Amazon as I have a gift card lol. I'd like to get around 10mins of flight time. Thanks!

The recommended 2200mAh 3S would be a good place to start. Be careful with Amazon batteries - a lot have seemingly good reviews but plenty of bad ones showing the rating isn't close to stated

Mine balances and flies nicely with a 1300 3s Tattu battery.

On my Simple Cub with B pack I use both a 1300 and a 2200. The 2200 gives me 11.5 mins of flight time to bring me down to 3.75-3.8v while the 1300 gives me 5 mins. I'm also awaiting the simple scout to arrive and need to get the batteries.
Its a bit strange when looking at the Simple Scout in the store, at one place the 2200/1800/2300 is advised. But in another place the 1000-1300mah is mentioned.

Been reading up a lot lately and based on that I have a question regarding the 1300 vs 2200mah battery: Which of the two gives better balance and flight characteristics? I can imagine that the lighter 1300mah suits the light plane better at a cost of speed and flight time...

I use my 1300s far more often than the 2200s. Although I'm glad to have both options.

1300 here, too. Mostly because of balance. For the first time I built light.

I will go wtith just every one in here Wlth the 1300 mah 3s. because they are short and they fit jus right. the 2200 3s tend to be a it longer and a little bit heavier.

In the end I opted for two 1300mah 3s 100c batteries to start with. Can always get me a 2200 later...
