Battery issue after winter storage

I was away from home in Mexico for 6 months. I am now back and starting to unpack all my Helis from storage.
My batteries were stored in a Metal locked box, all charged to storage 3.8V per cell.
All of them except one have survived the winter.
One of my 6S packs has puffed.

I'm wondering if i can remove the one puffed cell and make it a 5 cell pack?
Even puffed, all the cells are still balanced and still at 3.8V per cell.
