Best uses of coroplast in foam builds

After repeated use rendered my power pod a floppy, sodden mess, I decided to replace it with a pod built of coroplast for its rigidity, water resistance, and relative light weight. I've also seen people use coroplast to make winglets or to sheet the bottom of belly-landers. Figuring that I'd use the stuff for multiple purposes and that it's cheap in bulk, I bought a pack of ten blanks on Amazon. I built my replacement power pod today with white Gorilla Glue and found it easy enough to work with. I'll test it out on my Versa Wing as soon as I get another clear day.

Has anyone else here used coroplast in their builds? What did you use it for, what did you need to look out for when using it, and did you have success with your attempt?

Look for S.P.A.D.S over texas... a whole site and show about turning old signs into planes.
