Big Guinea motors not spinning at the same rate

just got done building the big guinea, first build. what a fun build. the problem that I am having is one motor is spinning up faster then the other. I am using the power pack from flite test. I have one battery 3s that is power both esc's and the esc's are connected to the receiver with a y harness. I am looking for ideas on where and what might be my problem

Calibrate your ESCs. Turn your radio on, throttle all the way up and the plug the battery in. You should hear a set of beeps, pull throttle down to 0 and it should beep again. Now see if they work the same
