They're all OK. Personally, I like the Stick in low wind, and the Sidewinder in stiffer winds, and the Baron for combat.
(Your mileage may vary. )

The baron and sidewinder are both super fun to throw around. I wouldn’t call them acro though. For example, you can’t do a knife edge with either. But if you just want to throw it around in the sky, it’s great at that! I love flying them.
