The battery isnt that old; Its accepts charge well from my charger
Sometimes process of elimination is the easiest way to find the culprit.

I haven't read all the posts but low performance could be the battery, esc and or motor. The motor bearings take a huge punishment and one little rough bearing robs a ton of performance. I use gun oil to lubricate the bearings and it works great, I also go shopping for replacement bearings usually cheap through BangGood or similar in packages of 10 . The battery buy the cheap voltage tester and hook it up to the balance plug while it is hooked up to the plane and roll up the throttle, if a cell drops below the normal that little tester will start beeping and as it goes through the cells voltages you will see the bad one. In a lot of cases that same battery will test good 2 minutes later and balance charge no problem.
