Brushless Motor Shakes Then...

Okay So I Bought My Stuff From HobbyKing It Arrived Got Everything Soldered And Stuff Then I Turned On My Radio And Put Throttle To Full Plugged ESC Into The Receiver And Plugged In My Battery Then I Waited On Beeps And Set Throttle Range Then Went TO Throttle Up And Then I Had Issues Where Motor Rotates A Tiny Bit Either Way For A Few Seconds Then Cuts Off Can U Guys Help Me Please

Sounds like you have only 2 of the 3 motor wires connected.

i Have All 3 Soldered But And Have Tried Resoldering Them All Again Aswell

That sounds like a broken wire or bad solder joint or the esc is junk! It could be a bad motor winding
