Update on maiden.........When houndpup rc tried it for the first time he had the bad luck of finding out that you want to have have your battery cables tied down so that you don't have this happen: You are flying along just great and wham! your cables get caught in the props....Result= drone stops all motors (safety I think) and your drone falls out of the sky = broken gopro mount...(I would have a maiden video for you guys but unfortunately when it crashed the SD card flew out of the gopro and I have no idea where it went!) So the flight video is post poned until my gopro mount comes in (The only place I could find it for a reasonable price was on aliexpress....)

Been there, done that. Make sure nothing can get into the props. Antennas, any wiring, etc.

Make sure nothing is loose. Little flappers in the wind and prop wash can vibrate against the frame causing extra noise for the gyro/accelerometers to filter out.
